The Fetal Medicine Unit provides compassionate care to women throughout their pregnancy journey, and we are seeking motivated, skilled administrative professionals who excel in customer service and thrive as proactive team members.

The successful applicant will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations of the Fetal Medicine Unit.
Responsibilities will include managing appointments, liaising with patients and staff, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional care.

While the position falls under the Women and Babies ambulatory service, it is managed within the centralised workforce structure of the Ambulatory Care Business Unit, overseeing administrative staff across Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Ideal Candidate Previous customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Previous experience in an administrative setting and demonstrated ability to perform clerical duties.
Practical experience with or understanding of Medicare billing in a public hospital.
