Senior Change Coordinator – SafeWork NSW
Grade: Clerk Grade 9/10Salary range: $125,693 - $138,510 plus superannuation

Our team is delivering a comprehensive business case to replace key systems within SafeWork NSW, starting that change journey towards a modern regulator. The case will support the enhancement of business processes and ways of working to drive better outcomes for NSW workers.
This role will involve: Development of the project change strategy (including communications) to support change. Coordinate delivery of key communications. Collaborate with key stakeholders (senior leaders, managers, system users) to build relationships and drive engagement on the change strategy. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and business readiness assessments to identify risks and ensure staff are prepared for potential changes. Develop change readiness initiatives. Design metrics to measure the effectiveness of change readiness initiatives to ensure the success of the project. Convene meetings, coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and prioritise change activities to optimise service delivery and minimise service interruptions. Maintain an understanding of the organisation, challenges, and objectives to ensure agreed changes are effectively implemented. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Experience in designing strategic change initiatives for a large and complex organisation. Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation. Experience within a regulatory agency (desirable). Demonstrated understanding of change management principles and methodologies and the ability to translate these into practical, executable plans. Project management skills across the Software Development Lifecycle within a large, complex, and high-profile ICT program environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team. What we need from you:
