Salary – Starting from $139,787 up to $161,663 + Super + flex leave Your role As Manager of Fraud and Corruption Compliance, you will be leading a specialist team responsible for supporting the business areas to identify, prevent, detect, and manage fraud and corruption risks at DCJ. You will be instrumental in fostering fraud and corruption compliance across DCJ and play a critical role in promoting a strong risk culture across the organization.
This key leadership role involves mentoring the team as well as providing expert guidance on fraud and corruption compliance.
What you'll do As part of the Governance, Audit Risk and Compliance team, you will be responsible for enhancing fraud and corruption compliance in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards to meet organizational objectives and community expectations.
You will develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate a fit-for-purpose fraud and corruption control system, including framework, policy, procedure, and fraud control plan.
You are self-motivated, pride yourself on continuous improvements, and are committed to achieving high-quality outcomes in a collaborative environment. You act with a strong customer focus and support an outcome-focused team culture by acting with integrity and implementing innovative practices to drive proactive compliance.
What we're looking for We are looking for someone with demonstrated ability to:
Drive a proactive compliance culture and maintain a positive attitude. Solve problems, navigate complex challenges, and adapt to evolving situations. Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Analyze and interpret information/data for compliance to identify patterns, recommend actions, and next steps. Work as part of a team - does not mind getting their hands dirty when needed while leading the team as well. A diploma or academic qualification in Fraud and Corruption Compliance is preferred but not necessary.
