You will play a key role in managing existing client relationships while driving new business in this exciting and fast-growing sector. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitality clients, understanding their unique needs and providing customized insurance solutions. Business Development: Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, expanding your portfolio. Advisory Expertise: Offer strategic advice on insurance policies, risk mitigation, and claims management specific to the hospitality industry. Cross-Selling: Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell relevant insurance products, enhancing the value we offer to clients. Market Engagement: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide up-to-date advice and innovative solutions. Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advocate for clients, negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible coverage and pricing. About You: Experience: 3-5 years (minimum) in insurance, with a focus on account management or business development (hospitality sector experience is essential). Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the unique challenges faced by hospitality businesses, including risk management and regulatory requirements. Sales Mindset: Proven track record in building and growing a client portfolio, meeting sales targets, and delivering value-added solutions. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
