Government - State (Government & Defence)Join the Department of Customer Service to lead Cyber Security NSW, as we lift cyber security strategy and resilience across NSW.Total remuneration range: $320,991 to $357,145 commensurate with experience.Based in McKell (Sydney CBD) with hybrid working arrangements available.About the roleCyber Security NSW is seeking an experienced senior executive and leader to take on the role of NSW Chief Cyber Security Officer and Executive Director of Cyber Security NSW, a business unit within the Digital NSW division of the Department of Customer Service.This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all-of-government cyber security capability and providing strategic advice to the NSW government to support greater resilience to cyber security threats, both for government and the NSW community through the work of ID Support NSW. You will be leading cyber security strategy, policy and governance, delivering cyber security services and promoting a government wide culture of risk management and awareness to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of government systems, services and data for NSW communities.You will also be responsible for communicating and coordinating efforts to protect NSW Government in conjunction with the Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) within each NSW Government agency and with the wider federal and state governments cyber security environments.Do you possess the following?
