NSLHD - Staff Specialist - Sexual Health Medicine - Primary and Community HealthDate published: Oct 25, 2024, 15:40 PMLocation: Royal North Shore Hospital, NSWDescription:The position will provide clinical consultation services within NSLHD and will contribute to the teaching and training of medical students, graduates, and other health care professionals, as well as to research, evaluation, and quality improvement activities within the district.The position includes:Approximately 80% of time spent in a clinical role with patients attending the Sexual Health Service and/or clinical meetings.Junior medical staff supervision and nursing staff clinical support.An active role in on-site provision of teaching for undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and other health professionals.Clinical management and treatment of patients under your care in a Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) facility or service.This care will be provided within the scope of practice endorsed by the NSLHD Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee (MDAAC).
