Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administration Officer to join our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and administrative processes while supporting local teams and contributing to the success of our programs.Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and timely data entry to support business processes, meeting all deadlines and ensuring compliance with government contract requirements.Identify and rectify data anomalies, escalating issues as needed to maintain accuracy and integrity.Provide administrative support to local site teams, ensuring client and site needs are effectively addressed.Maintain secure and compliant storage of client records and personal information, adhering to privacy policies and relevant legislation.Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and contribute to ongoing operational efficiency.Actively participate in team meetings and professional development to stay up to date with program and database requirements.QualificationsThe candidate we seek will ideally have the following: Exceptional accuracy and efficiency in data entry.Strong attention to detail and confidence in using computer-based programs.The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise work.Excellent interpersonal and English written and verbal communication skills, especially in a multicultural environment.A calm and focused approach under pressure.An understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to adopt sensitive approaches when working with clients.Previous experience in the education sector or government-contracted education programs.Familiarity with student management systems.Bilingual skills to further support our diverse client base.Additional InformationAt Navitas Skilled Futures our employee perks and benefits include: Unlimited global career opportunities across the Navitas portfolioFlexible working arrangementsSalary packaging and novated leasing2 paid volunteer days per year for your passionate causesHealth & well-being packages including free counselling and well-being specialist support for employees and family membersDiscounted gym memberships, private health insurance, movie tickets, travel, hotels, insurance and selected retailersAccess to LinkedIn Learning and professional development opportunitiesDiversity Equity and Inclusion:Navitas Skilled Futures, as part of Navitas, promotes and embraces an inclusive and diverse workforce.
