The role requires focus on converting sales enquires and servicing renewing customers through exceptional customer experiences all while working to achieve sales targets/KPI's. Working in a fast-paced call centre, you will experience a structured working environment that requires the ability to be agile and work in high pressure situations.This role is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) and you will work Monday to Friday with shifts allocated between 8:00am- 8:00pmas your 8-hour shift will range between these hours. For example, your shifts could be: 8.00am – 4.00pm, 12.00pm – 8.00pm etc. It is required that you are able to provide full availability to work within these hours.
