About the role:
At NQ Eye Specialists our Practice Nurse is a highly valued member of our clinical team. Importantly, you will support our ophthalmologists to provide quality healthcare in line with our clinic's values. This opportunity will utilise your excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering a high standard of care across both clinical and surgical settings.
You will be offered training and guidance to perform your daily responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:
Preparing patients for their appointment by taking clinical measurements, patient history and performing specialised imaging Assisting ophthalmologists of varying subspecialty with both inpatient and outpatient procedures Providing evidence-based patient education Maintaining competency in clinical skills Adhering to infection control policies and procedures and maintaining a clean and sterile environment About you:
