Glenorchy Knights FC is seeking a passionate and experienced NPL Head Coach to lead our club in the National Premier Leagues competition. This is a part-time position based in Glenorchy, Tasmania.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching program for our NPL squad Overseeing training sessions and match day preparations to ensure the team's tactical and technical development Selecting the NPL squad and managing player performance and development Collaborating with the club's football management team to align with the overall strategic direction Representing the club at league meetings and other stakeholder engagements Mentoring and developing our senior coaches and players What we're looking for Relevant coaching qualifications (minimum FA B Licence or its equivalent approved by FA) and experience in the National Premier Leagues or similar high-performance environment Proven track record of developing and implementing successful coaching programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players, staff and stakeholders Strong organisational and time management abilities to coordinate training, matches and other club commitments What we offer At Glenorchy Knights FC, we are dedicated to supporting our coaches and providing a positive, inclusive environment for all.
