The Opportunity As the NPI Maintenance Planner, you'll play a vital role in managing the upkeep and maintenance of our village infrastructure.
This role requires a meticulous and organised individual with a flair for detail-oriented, efficient work, as well as proven experience in scheduling.
Safety will be a priority, ensuring it is integrated into all planned and scheduled work orders and during maintenance operations.

Your primary responsibilities may include:

Looking after the planning for the village and site wide maintenance services for all NPI facilities on the project. Uploading all assets and creating planned maintenance processes across the project. Crafting, implementing, and managing detailed maintenance plans for village operations. Handling both planned and unforeseen maintenance needs, quickly developing action plans to address unplanned repairs or services. Ensuring all maintenance work complies with safety regulations. Coordinating with the maintenance team and other stakeholders to build effective schedules. Proactively identifying potential issues that might impair schedules and developing practical solutions. Prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency. Regularly monitoring and reporting the progress of maintenance projects. What is required? Experience in Pronto is desirable; however, other CMMS experience will be considered. Previous experience in an NPI Planning Role. Trade certificate (advantageous but not essential). Proven ability to plan multiple activities for remote areas with knowledge of logistical issues. Solid experience in maintenance planning in a remote mining village or similar environment. High-level problem-solving capabilities. About Onslow Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative transhipping.

Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.

The project encompasses the Ken's Bore mine (approximately 150km from Onslow), Truck Maintenance Facility and Onslow Port infrastructure.
