As a NOW Finance Late-Stage Collections Officer, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with our valued customers, providing excellent customer service and finding the best solution for them.

Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities, e.g. hardship, repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc. Conduct investigations and skip-tracing Take end-to-end accountability for accounts assigned to you Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards Strong attention to detail and integrity Key Attributes & Experience: Experience in a collections environment assisting and responding to those in debt Skip tracing experience and a knowledge of skip tracing tools is desired Experience in a customer service environment either over the phone or face to face, in a values-based organisation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Solutions-focused and the ability to make decisions to resolve a customer's financial situation The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities and manage expectations At NOW Finance we support and encourage our employee's personal and professional development – what we can offer you is:
