Company Description We are currently searching for an organised and enthusiastic Human Resource Coordinator to join our team!
Reporting directly to the Portfolio Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing administrative and general support to two key properties – Novotel Sydney Parramatta and Mercure Sydney Parramatta.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a unique multi-site environment - working with and learning from industry experts.
Job Description No two days will ever be the same as you will: Assist with recruitment - posting ads, shortlisting applications, extending contracts and processing new starter documentation.Be the gate keeper for all data entry into our Payroll and Time & Attendance System.Assist with the onboarding of new team members.Use your creativity to produce engaging collateral for HR initiatives and social activities.Be our engagement guru, actively driving social activities throughout the Hotels.Maintain and monitor all compliance records such as RSA, VISA and Safety certifications.Provide ad-hoc reports from our L&D Platform and Payroll System as needed.Qualifications To ensure this is the right fit for you, your skills and experience will ideally include:
