You will be part of the Novo Nordisk Oceania (Australia and New Zealand), based in North Sydney, Australia. The role will be reporting to the Senior Quality Manager. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, ensuring that our products meet the needs of patients and adhere to regulatory requirements.
The position
As a Senior Quality Associate, you will:
Deliver training on Quality within the Affiliate, provide expert advice on training assignments, and monitor compliance. Manage the lifecycle of local procedural documents and ensure alignment with internal requirements and compliance with local authorities' regulations. Oversee deviations, change controls, and actions from audits, inspections, and internal checks. Conduct audits on external vendors, monitor transport/storage conditions of NN products (including repackaging, product release, temperature deviations, recalls and returns), and manage quality agreements with partners. Act as the records management coordinator for the Affiliate. Qualifications A degree specialising in pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, or microbiology (desirable). More than 4 years of experience in Quality roles (Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems) within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of GxP processes and external regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and the ability to offer agile expert solutions. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Working at Novo Nordisk
