The Novated Support Officer is responsible for proactively supporting third-party introducers through supporting our clients from applications through to settlement. The Novated Support Officer , reporting to the Team Manager is responsible for processing and reviewing client applications, communicating with clients and various stakeholders, maintaining high attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include application processing, client communication, stakeholder engagement, documentation management, and quality assurance. Core responsibilities Proactive support to third party introducers: Inputting new applications within an agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) (attention to detail imperative) Review of ongoing assessments Monitoring Credit decisions and communicating the outcome Supporting Novated introducers through answering queries regarding applications and settlements via phone & email and assist in training of consultants in systems and processes. Strong knowledge base in internal credit policy and settlement processes & policy requirements. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders providing support during the application & settlement process. Communicating any client feedback to the relationship managers and Senior managers Assisting relationship managers with the onboarding of new introducers. Other duties as directed by Team Managers.
