You'll be the go-to person for sorting, processing, and keeping all the novated lease paperwork running smoothly.
If you love staying organised and being part of a high performing team, this could be your next great opportunity!What will keep you busy...Connecting with customers through different channels and helping out with their queriesManaging vehicle onboarding and handling documentation for the settlement processKeeping our CRM leasing system up-to-date with accurate informationLending a hand with finance settlements and keeping budgets on trackTaking care of any ad hoc admin tasks that pop up along the wayWhat we'd love to see from you...Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance, or a similar fieldA strong track record in customer support or engagement rolesSolid know-how when it comes to using CRM systemsSkilled at juggling multiple tasks and handling high call volumes with easeSuper organised and great at meeting deadlinesOur Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
