About the Role: The School to Employment Officer role will focus on relationships with schools, present job opportunities, and perform recruitment duties to support new school program placements across the Newcastle region.
Duties: Relationship building and networking Communicate regularly with students, schools and program stakeholders Performing recruitment and networking duties Work towards KPIs General Administration Duties About You: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good teamwork and a willingness to collaborate with others to develop plans to achieve goals Confidence to be working with and mentoring young people Interested in spending time in the office but also out in the community Empathy and patience in a must to ensure we get our students through to completion Adaptability and resilience, as no two days are the same Necessary: Full Drivers Licence Willingness to travel where necessary
