Our footprint is established with 7 locations branching from Northern NSW all the way down to the Central Coast.
We offer introductory and continuing education in Business, Hospitality, Construction, Carpentry, Horticulture, Individual Support, Aged care, Disability and Training & Assessment.

Novaskill is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in Tamworth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, foster community relationships, and be part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. High Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets through innovative strategies and proactive approaches. Networking & Business Development: Develop and expand your network within the community to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Community Relationships: Strengthen Novaskill's presence in the local community through active engagement and partnership development.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar sales role. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
