Our technologists have led large digital transformations, ITSM, geospatial, big-data, machine-learning, and managed services projects.
We have successfully designed and implemented complex systems and advised senior technology executives.
We are a member of the Service Now Partner Program, providing specialist expertise and services, technology (application development), and sales (licenses).
Responsibilities of the role: Working in a team or independently, you will provide Service Now business analysis and design services, including: Proactively lead or contribute to a high standard of Business Analysis (BA) activities, primarily in support of Service Now projects.
Activities will include, but are not limited to: Leading Workshops Capture of requirements and their analysis in industry best-practice notations and methods Conduct solution design activities in industry best-practice notations and methods Preparation of BA-relevant documentation Activities relating to testing Activities relating to training, including leading training sessions and contributing to the remediation, enhancement, and support of Service Now implementations (for both clients and internal Novabridge implementations) Assist, as directed, in proposals to potential clients, where Business Analysis services are part of the proposal.
This includes in-person presentations to clients and responding to queries.
Continuously improve (at a minimum, maintain) currency and proficiency in both Business Analysis and Service Now accreditations and qualifications, including planning and proposing any necessary training.
Proactively improve currency and proficiency in software development 'soft skills', such as business analysis, solution design, testing, workshops, training, client engagement, and team leadership.
Supervising, training, managing, and/or mentoring, as directed, other less experienced co-located Novabridge staff.
Assisting in the development of internal Novabridge intellectual property, such as processes, procedures, wikis, scripts, associated best practices in topics relating to Service Now, code repositories, and pre-sales collateral.
Lead, inspire, and motivate the project team to achieve their objectives while maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment.
Maintain your security clearance(s) and/or apply for clearance upgrades as required by clients.
Qualifications and Skills: • Strong expertise in Service Now implementation, configuration, and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other Service Now modules.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Security Clearance Successful candidates must either hold an active Federal security clearance of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1), or higher, or be willing to undergo the security clearance process.
