Product Management Lead, Collection Reporting
NousCubane is searching for an experienced and dynamicProduct Management Lead, Collection Reporting to extend our considerable track record in delivering pioneering, intuitive and insightful collection reporting and guide the product engagement, scoping and delivery of our next generation of reporting tools.
If you are a product manager with expertise and demonstrated skill in generating novel, but insightful and informative, reporting approaches and in translating highly complex datasets into intuitive, user-friendly and impactful presentations, this role is a platform for you to influence pivotal higher education sector decision-making across our global client base.

As Product Management Lead, Collection Reporting, you will:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and understand product requirements and business needs, and translate client feedback into actionable insights and product improvements. Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, customer feedback and market trends. Develop and maintain the product roadmap for our business intelligence and reporting offerings Define, document, and collaborate with data engineers on requirements for new features and product enhancements. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones by coordinating with developers and QA teams. Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research. Lead UX/UI design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Partner with client facing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies relevant to NousCubane products, monitoring the competitive landscape and industry and technology developments to inform product decisions and innovations. Create and present regular reports on product performance, user adoption, and market trends to guide senior management decisions. A bit about you
Strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Science, Maths, Science, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in product management with a demonstrated focus on business intelligence and reporting. Strong understanding of data visualisation, business intelligence, and data modelling and reporting tools. Experience with Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI preferred. Proven track record of managing product roadmaps, defining requirements and delivering successful product features. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
