The Opportunity
The Line Lead will work closely in the implementation of the operational excellence program to ensure a consistent and standard OPEX framework is applied to drive continuous improvements aligned with operational strategy and aspirations.
Develop capabilities of the production line organisation and ensure a self-sufficient line team. Drive results, ensuring accountability across multiple shift patterns. Develop 24-hour action plans, setting priorities for the team, including allocation of resources. Accountable for the results of the line including safety quality, reliability, schedule attainment, productivity & costs. Eliminate losses by completing root cause analysis when problem-solving and solution-finding. What you'll bring
Exceptional people and business leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build a highly accountable and collaborative culture across the operations functions. Demonstrated capacity to lead and implement plant reliability and optimisation programs. Sound knowledge of the technology that drives operational efficiencies and improvements. Demonstrated capacity to think systemically. Effective communication, influencing and integration skills. Analytical acumen.
