About the Opportunity:
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly motivated Planning Officer to become a key member of our Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient management of workforce labour requirements. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Coordinate and allocate workforce resources for shutdowns and project work Maintain systems, personnel rosters, and crew databases Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth work schedules and labour planning Track and report on workforce data daily, weekly, and monthly To be successful for this role you must possess the following: 2+ years of experience in the resources sector, particularly in planning, recruitment, mobilisation, or site administration is desirable, but not required Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner How to Apply:
