We are seeking Mobilisation and Compliance Officers to join our team! These positions are permanent, based in our Port Hedland Head Office, or our Belmont Office, on a 5:2 Monday to Friday, or 8:6 Tuesday to Tuesday roster.

About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly motivated Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Planning team! In this role, you'll work closely with both field and office teams to ensure the smooth mobilisation of employees and maintain compliance across all aspects of the job. Reporting to the Planning Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and tracking compliance requirements (medical, Drug & Alcohol training, inductions, etc.) Issuing mobilisation details to employees, including flights and accommodation Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Communicating with clients to provide necessary compliance documentation Collaborating with management for accurate, timely updates on key issues To be successful for this role you must possess the following:
2+ years in a similar mobilisation and compliance role within the resourcing or shutdown industry Proficiency in MS Office Suite Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment How to Apply:
