The College is currently seeking to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic Head of HSIE. Experience in teaching HSC Legal Studies and/or HSC Geography will be an advantage, but not essential.

Your Role:
Teaching students to develop a better understanding of the world around them including history, culture and systems. Understanding of how to differentiate learning to cater for students' needs to maximise student learning. Mentor and pastor students to help them better understand their purpose. Lead and motivate a highly skilled team of educational professionals. About you:

Be willing to actively contribute to the co-curricular life of the College. Additional responsibilities as you undertake the Head of Faculty role:
Provide innovative strategic leadership and support to your faculty for sustained academic improvement. Lead and support your team's development and administration of inspiring learning programs and assessments. Lead your faculty to deliver quality teaching and learning experiences for students that reflect innovative 21st-century learning. Ignite your passion for the College's Building Purposeful Lives (BPL) learning framework, embracing a learning powered approach to your teaching and learning. Attentively monitor compliance with NESA requirements. Discerningly manage the faculty budget. We offer:
