We narrow down the selection of applicants and provide a shortlist of applications to hiring managers for review. Shortlisted candidates are then screened via a short phone call with a member of our Talent team. Interview: If you are successful from the screening call, you will be invited in for a face-to-face interview with the appropriate Hiring Managers of the discipline you have applied for. Our team will send a confirmation email with the details. For our Graduate roles, you will have 2 interviews and Undergraduate roles will have 1 interview.
