Regional Football Officer - Northern Inland Regional Football Officer - Northern Inland Northern NSW Football Full Time 8 Jan 2025Description Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is the lead organisation in the development and promotion of football from Lake Macquarie to the Queensland border.

NNSWF directly manages the Northern Inland region, which is geographically our largest zone.
While our largest population centres are in Armidale and Tamworth, the region covers an area from Quirindi in the south, up to Tenterfield in the north and west to Coonabarabran, Moree and Lightning Ridge.

We are looking for a candidate who has a good understanding of football and can help us support the running and growth of football in this fantastic region.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Facilitate senior and youth competitions administration requirements including team nomination and fixturing.
Facilitate player registrations in the region.
Administer and maintain Rules and Regulations, including the administration of the initial disciplinary process, liaising with the Competition Administrator on required issues.
Provide support for the implementation of all relevant digital systems including PlayFootball and Squadi.
Oversee teams for Community State Championships.
Engage with Local Government Authorities.
Engage with local media and manage relevant social media accounts.
Liaise with NNSWF Northern Inland Club Development Officer.
Assist in the delivery of key events such as finals and tournaments.
Summary of Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific focus on presenting to a variety of stakeholders.
The ability to understand club cultures and the challenges facing regional club volunteers and amateur referees.
Ability to be flexible in adapting to new digital systems.
Ability to self-motivate when working remotely.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
A strong attention to detail and a passion for football.
Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check.
