Title: Avalon Library Coordinator, Permanent - Part-time Role, 14 hours per week (job share - 2 days per week)
Salary Range: $89,907.72 to $104,487.69 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Northern Beaches Libraries are one of the largest and well-used library services in NSW.
The library network has six library branches spread across the Northern Beaches in addition to online and outreach services, providing contemporary and innovative spaces, programs and services that support lifelong learning, social connection and community wellbeing.

The key focus areas of this role include:
Lead the effective operation of Avalon Community Library.
Coordinate, induct and support Avalon Community Library volunteers on library operations, collections management and customer service delivery.
Lead and undertake collection management tasks including acquisitions, cataloguing and collection maintenance.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced librarian to join our team supporting Avalon Community Library.
As part of a job share arrangement, this role will work Thursday and Friday supporting collections management including acquisitions, cataloguing and collection maintenance.
You will bring a collaborative and community-focused approach to a team that is passionate about making a difference to our community.
