About the role At the Northeast Auto Group, we provide our customers with the best possible experience. We have opportunities for Service Advisors to join our Service team at our Sunshine Coast Location. As a Service Advisor, your primary focus will be assisting our customers with bookings, ongoing communications throughout their service, invoicing, and vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensuring it is always up to date Customer check-in Keeping lines of communication open between service team and customers Assisting the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department Answering phones and emails About you We are looking for someone who is a great team player and is dedicated to providing first-class customer service every time.
Customer service experience Ability to communicate the value of our service and repairs Intermediate computer skills and DMS experience Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Current Driver's License About Us Established in 1995, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organization that employs over 640 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.
