We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven Parts Service Support Representative (PSSR) to join our growing team. As one of our new PSSRs, you will provide sales and after-sales support for Normet equipment, fostering collaboration, managing customer relations, and overseeing sales management and reporting for the South East Region (SA, VIC, NSW, TAS).
The successful candidate can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, or Sydney.
Key responsibilities:
Sales and After-Sales Support
Create and implement tailored after-sales support for Normet equipment, encompassing service agreements, recommendations for on-site spare parts management and suggested spares, as well as proposals for spare parts service kits, technical upgrades, and new technologies. On-site consignment stock management (when applicable) for spare parts and components. Technical support and extended warranty offerings. Training packages as an add-on to commissioning. Management of used equipment sales and rental offerings. Development and commercialization of SBL linked to EQ and GCCT where possible. Customer Relations and Account Management
Work alongside the Key Accounts Manager and Service Support Manager to manage major accounts. Coordinate with the Normet Branch Manager and local/international Normet technical teams. Provide customer training on the Normet parts store and Link 1 programs. Collaborate closely with the Equipment (EQ) Sales team throughout the sales process to identify future capital and after-sales opportunities. Support the Branch Manager in developing targeted campaigns to drive sales growth. Sales Management and Reporting
Maintain a robust service portfolio, including tracking leads and opportunities through CRM systems. Ensure customer fleet data is accurate and up to date and provide regular monthly updates and reports on sales activities and progress toward targets. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce EQ and GCCT business lines to support customers holistically. What we are looking for:
10+ years of equipment site sales experience in mining or civil industries. Account Management experience with a proven track record of results, customer satisfaction, and exceeding sales goals. Trade or mining background or qualification in Sales/Business (desirable). Familiarity with mine site equipment management processes and customer site departments. Experience with Normet equipment (desirable). Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the designated territory South East Region (SA, VIC, NSW, TAS). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read CAD engineering drawings. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have full working rights in Australia; visa sponsorship is not on offer on this occasion. The successful candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and obtain a National Police Clearance before commencement.
