OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Willing to work sleepover shifts.Willingness to participate in shift work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Required to hold an NSW Driver's License (P2/Full).Willingness to drive a Unisson vehicle.High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.Emotional intelligence, resilience, and capacity to perform the work required.Prior experience working with people with disabilities or in a similar role (desirable).Certificate III and/or IV in Disability and prior experience (desirable).ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a motivated, caring and suitably skilled person to provide support for a group of clients with intellectual disabilities living within homes in Normanhurst. The clients enjoy exploring with sensory activities, cooking, arts & craft, spending time with families, and enjoy community activities. They require support with complex behaviours and assistance in engaging in meaningful activities.
