Preschool Director/Nominated Supervisor
Pambula Preschool Kindergarten is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ACECQA Recognised) to work alongside our team commencing 31st January, 2025.

This is a full-time position, which is negotiable including a flexible work arrangement.
Pambula Preschool is an Exceeding 2-unit, not for profit community-based preschool providing a play-based, nature focused program for 3–5-year-old children.

We are looking for an inspiring leader who will:
Collaborate with the Management Committee to ensure the preschools philosophy, vision and mission statements are maintained.

Work in partnership with the Assistant Director and Office Manager to effectively manage all administration and financial functions.

Work alongside the Pedagogical Team to ensure the implementation of high-quality child-centred, play-based programs.

Collaborate with families and the community to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, statutory requirements, and the National Quality Standards.

This position is renumerated under an Enterprise Agreement with above award wages and conditions.
