You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to enhance negotiation, customer service, and technical skills while ensuring equitable distribution of tasks, accountabilities, and development opportunities. Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serving as an escalation point for resolving complex queries or complaints exceeding team members' expertise or authority. Ensuring adherence to regulations, legislation, and internal procedures to prevent breaches. Managing a high-performing team to minimize claim leakage and achieve optimal outcomes, meeting quality assurance benchmarks. About you: Experienced in team management or leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and a solid grasp of general claims management principles – minimum 2 years' experience preferred. Capable of making independent and collaborative decisions in both anticipated and unforeseen circumstances, and willing to take accountability for the outcomes. Possesses strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate completion of tasks, adept at identifying errors or inconsistencies promptly. Effective planner with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing resources, and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Skilled in interpreting complex information and devising appropriate actions, supported by technical proficiency in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
