We have an internal opportunity, reporting directly to the Quality Control, Compliance Framework Manager.
The Quality Control Non-Branded Compliance Executive plays a pivotal role in partnering with Non-Branded Leadership, field teams & operational support to provide the tools and support needed for customer-facing teams to deliver an amazing and compliant experience.
This role drives appropriate compliance behaviors and supports in building a culture of doing the right things right every time in our customer-facing non-branded retail channels.
The role is critical in ensuring customer-facing teams follow where appropriate the right Optus processes, procedures, policies, and practices.
This is supported by effective management of key compliance metrics in collaboration with internal teams and non-branded leadership.
Additionally, the role will collaborate with data analytics and Quality Control performance lead to identify compliance gaps and empower leaders with tools to manage possible noncompliance and or process breaches.
Furthermore, it serves as a key point of contact and conduit for Compliance and Quality Control for our Non-Branded leadership teams.
Your day in the life at Optus Escalate possible incidents identified, via the relevant incident process in a timely manner.Drive compliance and completion of key requirements with relevant State Leads, to ensure internal and external requirements are effectively managed.Support the Quality Control Site Inspection Program, by completing a minimum of 2 x site visits per month across Branded and Non-Branded Retail outlets.Ensure key relationships are established and maintained across key retail leadership teams to drive performance.Provide timely and accurate insight and feedback on outputs to support strategic initiatives and controls.Support the delivery of new and existing initiatives to reduce risk and provide strong customer interactions.Your skills to pay the bills Proven experience in the Retail/ Telecommunications industry.Experience in identifying areas of improvements through analysis of key metrics.Ability to work collaboratively with Territory Executives and other key leaders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to consistent internal and external changes.Ability to operate with ambiguity, multitask & move with rapid speed.Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail.Perks we love at Optus 3 days in the office, 2 days remote – with flexible hours to suit!Inclusive paid parental leave, up to 14 weeks for the primary caregiver.All Optus employees have access to resources, webinars and support via the 'Parents at Work portal'.Own your own growth by accessing an extensive online and facilitator-led learning catalogue – even earn a MBA micro-credential via OptusU (University).Connect at work through one of our employee-led volunteer groups: Culture Connect, Elevate Women, Disability Network, Express Yourself (LGBTQIA+), United Veterans and Yarn Network.Vibrant campus life, variety of facilities including restaurants, cafes, gymnasium, GP, and post office.Free Optus bus from Macquarie University Metro Station (every 6-8 minutes); morning and afternoon!Keen to see what it's really like to work at Optus?
