JOB SUMMARY Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a peer-led academic assistance program designed to improve students' academic performance and increase retention.
SI Leaders facilitate a peer-to-peer learning environment through weekly study sessions.
SI Leaders are responsible for attending all lectures for their assigned class, facilitating peer study sessions for their assigned course for at least 2 hours per week, participating in SI Leader group meetings and training as scheduled, and communicating regularly with the SI coordinator.
