Monitors the operation of the general computer lab and assists with software installations if needed Greets students as they come into the general computer area and provides first-tier user support to students and faculty Provides data entry for the Help Desk Ticketing System Performs opening and/or closing procedures Performs other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills Must be a self-starter in exercising initiative and have the ability to get things done by performing daily tasks effectively Solve basic routine Software and Hardware issues as necessary EEO/AA
