As we continue to expand, we are seeking a licensed Nominee Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical for maintaining compliance with QBCC regulations and ensuring the continued success of our projects. (Concreting/Steelfixing/Formwork) The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Nominee Supervisor to oversee and manage our building activities in line with QBCC licensing requirements. This role can be part-time or full-time, providing flexibility to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise projects valued from $100k to $10mAct as the Nominee Supervisor for QBCC licensing purposesEnsure all projects are adequately supervised and compliant with relevant standardsConduct regular site inspections and coordinate with employees and subcontractorsIdentify and rectify any defects to maintain quality standardsManage supervision systems to ensure effective project oversightRequirements: Must hold a valid QBCC Nominee Supervisor LicenseExperience supervising building or construction projects, ideally within the high-rise sectorStrong knowledge of QBCC regulations and compliance standardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAvailable to work either part-time or full-time depending on project needsWhat We Offer: Competitive salaryFlexible working arrangements (part-time or full-time)Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a leading construction companySupportive, dynamic team environmentHow to Apply:
