It is part of a group of 10 services located around Brisbane, all franchise-owned by experienced bachelor-qualified Teachers. The centre has a very generous amount of space for children to roam and explore. It also features eight rooms and four age-appropriate outdoor play areas (with cubby houses, real sandpits, and little gardens). The service is very involved with the local community and boasts dozens of excellent Google reviews!
There is a low staff turnover as all staff from Cert III Educators and up are paid above award and are constantly recognised/supported for their hard work and impact on keeping the service running efficiently.
This service delivers an accredited kindergarten program in a studio separate from the rest of the centre, with its own building and playground. These programs are specifically created for four to five-year-olds and will enable them to work independently and with the friends they will make. The highly qualified Kindergarten Team of seven includes three Early Childhood Teachers, two Lead Educators, and two Assistant Educators throughout the week.

About you: Bachelor's Degree in EC is preferred. However, we could consider a Diploma qualified, provided you have significant management experience.At least two/three years of experience in a similar roleStrong NQS, EYLF, QKLG, MTOP and CCS knowledge.Positive experience(s) with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a QIPA natural ability to lead, develop and empower the teamExemplary communication skillsAn ability to think outside the box to solve problemsWhat next?
