CRCS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Directors/Nominated Supervisors with exceptional leadership qualities and a strong ability to guide, mentor, and empower our team.
This role is based in Ginninderra ELC located in Belconnen Community Centre. Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre offers a unique wrap-around service, combining high quality early education and care with integrated family support.

About the role In this exciting and important role you will enjoy undertaking the following responsibilities -
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heightsBe a key contributor to delivering wonderful moments.Demonstrate the understanding of NQF standards, demonstrate professional boundaries and assist others with ethical dilemmas.Actively and positively works to resolve operational, interpersonal and family concerns for the Educational and Care Service.Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families to assess and support children's learning and wellbeing.Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.To be successful in this role you will need to have: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community each dayA genuine passion for and interest in working with children and families.Ability to build capacity and make a positive difference in the lives of others.Sound knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Framework.Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid CertificatesBachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)An innovative approach to service promotions and marketingCandidates with a minimum of two years of previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Director will be highly valued for their desirable skills and experience.CRCS also requires all employees to: Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment.
