We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of NOC Shift Lead based in Glasgow. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of NOC Engineers, contributing to the seamless operation of this leading consultancy's network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of NOC Engineers. Oversee network monitoring and provide timely support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network performance. Shift pattern - 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights). Skills - Must Have: Proven leadership experience. Background in network support. SC Clearable. Nice to Have: CCNA or JNCIA certification.
