Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Network Operations Centre Operator (Level 2) based in Brisbane or Perth About the Role: Join our dynamic Network Operations Centre (NOC) team at Opticomm as a pivotal member responsible for maintaining and optimizing our high-performance network. As an escalation point for Level 1 NOC operators, you will play a critical role in ensuring our network runs smoothly, exceeding customer expectations, and consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 NOC operatorsRespond to network alerts, taking appropriate actions, including escalations, to resolve issuesManage and communicate outage notifications to customersInvestigate and resolve complex support ticketsValidate planned works, notify stakeholders, and assess change success, escalating when necessaryComplete escalated provisioning tasks within SLAMaintain data integrity of network management tools, including configuration, documentation, and monitoring of network assetsEnsure accuracy of documentation related to processes, work instructions, and network architectureParticipate in a 24x7x365 rosterEnsure NOC tickets are addressed within SLAAddress network events within agreed timelinesProvision orders in compliance with SLAAbout you: The ideal person for this role will have/be:
