Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to :Ensuring maximum productivity for all staff by managing the desktop and workplace environmentDeploying and configuring new software and hardwareMaintaining and troubleshooting trading workstationsStandardizing desktop buildsManaging user accounts and accessEfficient and timely procurement of office equipment and toolsResponsibility for full functioning domain managementEnsure stringent network security standardsConducting security awareness training for usersFacilitate remote accessDevelop and manage intranetStaying up-to-date on the latest IT trends, technologies and requirementsWhat you will bring :Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business related fieldExperience in project managementExperience dealing with diverse stakeholders.Strong attention to detailProactive approach to problem solvingStrong communication skillsA genuine passion for the financial marketsThe Culture :At Nine Mile, we operate in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
