Your Responsibilities: Growth Strategist : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and service offerings. Your KPIs will include bringing in new keystone clients and expanding what we sell to current clients. Relationship Builder : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Market Analyst : Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making. Brand Ambassador : Represent NLC Engineering at networking events, conferences, and client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm. Results Driver : Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals, contributing to the company's growth and success. What You'll Bring: Proven Track Record : Experience in business development, sales, or account management within engineering, mining, or related industries. A background in Mining Maintenance or Machining is a must. Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and execute effective growth strategies. Communication Mastery : Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
