To manage the recruitment and selection process to support current and future business needs; Handling foreign worker management (Permit renewal, Fomema checkup); Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance; Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management; To manage the communication between management and staff; To assist in preparation of payroll process on the group's payroll and administration; Any other ad-hoc tasks related to HR & Admin from time to time. Requirements:
