Hospitality is a work of heart, Join us and become a Heartist. Job DescriptionProvide guidance and support to the team, managing hotel operations during the night.
Undertake night audits and corridor checks to ensure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
Be an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizing all guests including those who require special attention.
Lead the team on Night Team tasks to complete such as Fire Walks, Function Room preparation, and Food & Drink services.
Prepare Finance reports and Duty Manager Logs in advance of the daily HOD Meeting and complete the daily banking reconciliation.
Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
QualificationsKnowledge and experience with Opera cloud and hotel night shift experience are required for this role.
Ideally, you have a First Aid Certificate or are willing to attend a training day.
