Our client is a leading specialist in the Food Manufacturing field located in Arndell Park, currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join their team, located in Arndell Park.
Due to this being a permanent role only permanent residents and citizens will be considered.
Benefits Work/life balance Permanent Position Join an industry leader Great team environment Onsite parking Career progression Staff discounts with over 300 retailers About the role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following: Execution of all operational metrics/KPIs for your line Ability to effectively lead, develop and engage team members Promote and enforce a safe working environment by ensuring Work Health and Safety guidelines are followed Ensure that all activities and tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures, such as Food Safety, GMP, PPE, absenteeism and attendance, workplace grievances, safety, performance management and recruitment Deliver the production plan and/or put strategies in place to ensure the plan can be delivered Shift Pattern : 9pm - 5.06am To be successful, you will possess the following: Attention detail Strong communication skills Previous experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment Experience in leading or managing a team Knowledge of HACCP principles and applications, along with Work Health and Safety policies and procedures Ability to work apart of a small team Be committed to an ongoing role Manual handling: 1 year (Required) Driver Licence (Required) How to Apply If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in, make sure to APPLY today.
