Your opportunity to join our team Based at Inghams Distribution Centre in Truganina now exists a vacancy for multiple Night Shift Team Leaders.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working in both the chiller and freezer from 9:00pm to 5:00am. Some Sundays may be required on a needs basis.
Full training provided Uniforms provided & cleaned by company Onsite parking Consistent hours provided weekly The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority Additional measures, practices and processes have been implemented to keep our people safe during the pandemic Daily Tasks: Coach and develop the Despatch team to ensure they have the capacity to meet performance goals Report on operations and work planning Both a hands-on and leadership role Manual handling duties -lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching Storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks. You will bring to this role: Experience in a logistics industry in a Team Leader position. Experience in food manufacturing will be highly regarded Proven communication and leadership skills to lead a team A desire to build team capability through training and transfer of knowledge Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles Communicate well both written and verbally Flexibility to cover various shifts when required We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
