The After-Hours Support Worker permanent full-time position entails working four shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and four shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
This position does include weekend work.
The role is located in Warrnambool and is an integral part of our National After-Hours Service.
About the role: The After-Hours Support Worker is a critical part of our service and means that we are always able to support our clients right round the clock.
Our Young People require you to be able to support their emotional, social and behavioural needs, which means you need to be flexible, adaptable, able to build rapport and open to learning as no two shifts will be the same.
Working on computers and completing administration tasks will be required on your shift and in this position, you will be collaborating with case workers, residential care staff, service providers and families.
