About the role Due to that continued success, we now have a newly created role for a Night Shift Supervisor to come and join our successful team in Tamworth.
The main purpose of this role will be to support the site during the night shift production runs.
On a typical night you will: Ensure all requirements are met as per the production schedule, to the approved specifications, whilst adhering to the food safety and health and safety regulationsEnsure your team comply with all site procedures and policiesGuide and navigate your team to effectively deliver whilst monitoring any areas of improvementsMaintain all CCP's, communicate learnings with the wider team and drive continuous improvements alongside complianceWhat will we need from you? A proactive and enthusiastic approachA keen eye for reliability and continuous improvementsA desire to improve efficiency across the siteThe ability to work well in a fast-paced environment preferably with a Food Manufacturing or FMCG backgroundExperience within a production supervisory role or leadership positionA proven understanding of SQDCP and performance managementThis role will operate from Sunday to Thursday from the hours of 22:00 – 06:30.
You will have 25 days holiday per annum, company pension, sick pay as well as opportunities for training, further qualifications and career progression.
