An opportunity exists for a Nightshift Manager for our foodservice branch located in Gillman, Adelaide.
About the Role: Working closely and reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will have a background in leading teams on nightshift in the Foodservice or an allied industry, and will be able to demonstrate a successful history of organisational excellence and strong interpersonal skills.
Initiative, motivation, and exceptional attention to detail are important attributes for this role, as is the ability to enhance, develop and implement cost-effective systems while nurturing staff, allowing upskilling and internal growth within your team.
