We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Night Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products.Surprise and delight the customers with your amazing displays.Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.Putting the WOW in everything you do.Use your team building experience to maintain a happy and safe working environment.Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment.Go the extra mile for our customers.Run the service department assisting the online department.Process daily admin tasks.Handle customer complaints & enquiries.Cash handling and nightly closing procedures.Stock & supplies replenishment.Print & prepare price tickets for multiple departments.Mentor, train & coach team members.Assist the store nightly pack up.Minimum Requirements: Previous customer service experience.Enjoy working in a customer service environment.Excellent communication skills.Passionate about displays and the variety of fresh abundance on display.Flexible in availability, as it's a busy store across 7 days.Benefits: Become the next superstar in your team.Work as part of a great team.Industry leading 25% discount in Harris Farm across all products in store.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
